Your event brief stays in this browser tab’s session storage while you edit. Reviewing it does not send it. When you select Send Inquiry, your contact details and event brief are sent through FormSubmit for email delivery to swinggolfclubsim@gmail.com. Submission does not reserve a date.

Closing the tab clears its session storage, subject to your browser’s session restore behavior. If storage is unavailable, entries remain only while the form is open.

Campaign information

The site records the first landing-page address, referring-page address when available, and UTM campaign tags in this tab. Other query parameters and address fragments are removed. Those details are included with your inquiry to help us understand how you found Swing. Personal form details are never placed in page addresses.

Delivery and contact

FormSubmit processes submissions and provides a spam check. Its service may retain submission data under its own privacy policy. Swing receives inquiries in Gmail and uses them to respond to your event request. No advertising trackers have been installed. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver the site.
